Pursue Your Passion
You may have asked yourself many times, "What am I here for, what is my purpose, and what am I supposed to do with
my life?" These are commons questions, especially for people who are in the wilderness, or soon to be crossing over into their
promise land ministry. Now I want to ask you a question, if money and time were no object, and there were absolutely no restrictions
whatsoever, what would you want to do with your life to help others? Remember there are no restrictions, so you can do whatever
you want. Now I want you to briefly write those things down on a piece of paper. What you are looking at on that piece of
paper are the passions and giftings that God has created in you to help others with, and they are actually God's passions
being expressed through you.
Whatever your hearts passions are, remember that God gave them to you because He wants to fulfill them through
you. You may feel that you have missed out on certain things in life, but I guarantee you my friend, that God has plans to
fulfill those passions and desires you have burning inside your heart. Your job in the wilderness is to allow the Lord to
purify, prepare, and heal you so that He can allow your passions to be fulfilled. God just needs to build a solid and stable
foundation in you first. Perhaps your heart is to feed the poor, take care of orphans, lead worship, be a doctor, serve in
addiction recover ministry, lay hands on the sick to receive healing from God, cast our evil spirits, teach God's word, preach
the gospel, politics, or whatever else your passion is. God has not forgotten you, so allow Him to finish His work of preparation
in you so that you can step into your destiny.
JER 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to
harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to
you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
