JOB 2:9 His wife said to him, "Are you still holding on to your integrity? Curse God and die!"
This is one lie you will hear more than once during your wilderness time, especially around the end
of it. After all, you have waited for so long, sacrificed everything, and you have trusted God at some of the most untrustable
times and still here you are in your pain and problem. The truth of it is, that God wants to develop the inside during your
wilderness so He allows the outside to get pretty challenging and scary at times.
JOB 2:10 He replied, "You are talking like a foolish woman. Shall we accept good from God, and not
trouble?" In all this, Job did not sin in what he said.
We must be very cautious when it looks like God has forsaken us because He has promised to never leave
or forsake us, so even if everything looks at its worst God will still remain at His best for us. We must be extra careful
in these times where it looks like God has abandoned us not to say or do things that would be sin. So no matter how tough
things are for you today my friend, try to bless God and keep trusting Him.
DT 31:8 The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake
you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."
