MT 20:15 Don't I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I
am generous?'
It can be hard when you have been in the wilderness for so many years sacrificing everything and suffering
to do the will of God, to hear other people talk about how blessed they are. It can strike a sharp contrast between your life
and theirs, and make you resentful that God doesn't value you enough to bless you the same way . It can be very easy to smile
on the outside while we are full of pain and offense on the inside, but God sees the truth.
GE 4:7 If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin
is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must master it."
If you keep growing, repenting, and developing good and consistent obedience in your wilderness time,
your promised land will indeed come. We must choose though whether we will live or die in our wilderness just like the Israelites
did. Trust that God does want to bless you too, He is just developing you more and differently than the other person
that you see getting blessed more than you. Your best blessings are just ahead of you faithful servant.
DT 5:33 Walk in all the way that the LORD your God has commanded you, so that you may live and prosper
and prolong your days in the land that you will possess.
