1CO 8:1b Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up. 2 The man who thinks he knows something does not
yet know as he ought to know. 3 But the man who loves God is known by God.
As we serve the Lord and learn either by studying or experience we must be careful that we don't become
arrogant and think we are the "be all end all" of anything that happens in God's kingdom. The problem with too much knowledge
and not enough humility is that it can create pride and a lack of love and compassion for others. In time even the most loving
and fervent Christian can digress into a state of being a cynical critic if we don't keep full of God's love and compassion
every single day.
1CO 13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
No matter how much someone supposedly knows if you do not see any faith, hope, or love in what they
say or do, do not listen to them. The Pharisees of Jesus day were the resident know it all's and they tried to use their knowledge
to dominate and control others with it. There was no real love or redemption in anything they said or did. The Pharisees of
our day are no different and they enjoy correcting everyone around them in order to shut down any real flow of anything but
themselves. This is Satanic control.
1JN 4:20 If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not
love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. 21 And he has given us this command: Whoever loves
God must also love his brother.
We are entering a season of miracles now where there will be no shortage of critics and naysayers,
but no matter what you hear look to see whether that person has any real love flowing through their lives, and if they don't,
run away. You will need faith to receive what God wants to do in you and through you so Satan will try to station some grumpy
Pharisee nearby to talk you out of your faith. These so-called experts seem to miss the fact that true miracles take a childlike
faith so that's why they never see any.
REV 2:4 Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken your first love. 5 Remember the height from
which you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your
lampstand from its place.
Whether it is you or someone you know ask God to help you to get the rust out of your heart and to
return to your first love again where you can love and accept people as God does. We must get rid of all pride and religious
unrighteous judgment and we need to come together as one loving body, not a loving body with a critical mouth. We will soon
be seeing many things that would be easy to judge if we have a hard bitter heart, so let God renovate your heart today and
make you His loving child once again.
JN 13:34 "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
35 By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another."
